Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Kalendo ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by True Mom Story Corp ("Company", "we", "us"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Kalendo is a web-based application that allows users to upload pre-made calendars (such as those from schools, clubs, or any organization), extract events using artificial intelligence, and sync those events to Google Calendar. The Service is intended for personal, non-commercial use, meaning for the user's own benefit and not for reselling or commercializing the Service.

3. User Accounts

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) upload content that is harmful, offensive, or violates any third-party rights; (c) attempt to reverse engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service; (d) use the Service to send spam or unsolicited communications.

5. Free Plan Limitations

The free plan includes 1 calendar per month and up to 15 events per calendar. We reserve the right to modify these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code of the Service are owned by True Mom Story Corp. You retain ownership of any calendar content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI will extract all events accurately. Users should always review extracted events before syncing to Google Calendar.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, True Mom Story Corp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Al acceder o usar Kalendo ("el Servicio"), aceptas estar sujeto a estos Términos de Servicio. El Servicio es operado por True Mom Story Corp ("Compañía", "nosotros"). Si no estás de acuerdo con estos términos, por favor no uses el Servicio.

2. Descripción del Servicio

Kalendo es una aplicación web que permite subir calendarios ya existentes (como los de colegios, clubes o cualquier organización), extraer sus eventos usando inteligencia artificial y sincronizarlos con Google Calendar. El Servicio está destinado a uso personal y no comercial, es decir, para beneficio propio del usuario y no para revender o comercializar el Servicio.

3. Cuentas de Usuario

Debes iniciar sesión con una cuenta de Google válida para acceder a ciertas funciones. Eres responsable de mantener la confidencialidad de tu cuenta y de todas las actividades que ocurran bajo ella.

4. Uso Aceptable

Aceptas no: (a) usar el Servicio para fines ilegales; (b) subir contenido dañino u ofensivo; (c) intentar hackear o interrumpir el Servicio; (d) usar el Servicio para enviar spam.

5. Limitaciones del Plan Gratuito

El plan gratuito incluye 1 calendario por mes y hasta 15 eventos por calendario. Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos límites con aviso previo razonable.

6. Propiedad Intelectual

Todo el contenido, diseño y código del Servicio son propiedad de True Mom Story Corp. Conservas la propiedad del contenido que subes. Al subir contenido, nos otorgas una licencia limitada para procesarlo únicamente con el fin de proveer el Servicio.

7. Limitación de Responsabilidad

El Servicio se provee "tal cual". No garantizamos que la IA extraiga todos los eventos con precisión. Los usuarios siempre deben revisar los eventos antes de sincronizarlos.

8. Cambios a los Términos

Nos reservamos el derecho de modificar estos Términos en cualquier momento. El uso continuado del Servicio tras los cambios constituye aceptación.

9. Ley Aplicable

Estos Términos se rigen por las leyes del Estado de Florida, Estados Unidos.
